it's not the end of the world! building a life with limp wrists
(a zine about carpal tunnel, tendonitis, & how to keep your job from ruining your life.)
the title pretty much says it all. I wrote this in 2008 when I was a dishwasher and experiencing pretty bad wrist pain. Every single book I checked out of the library about carpal tunnel/tendonitis was aimed towards white-collar office workers, with award-winning advice like "rearrange your cubicle more ergonomically" and "go to your doctor." well, what about the rest of us?! those without doctors or cubicles?
this zine is full of stretches & lifestyle tips & commiseration. my wrists are feeling a lot better these days and I hope yours do too. note that I am not a doctor or physical therapist, just a zinester.
